HELLO MY 2 LAST READERS!

I know its damn annoying to not be able to say I used to wake up in the morning and have really interesting ideas to blog about but now, Blogging is like starting to get annoying. I guess its just a phase. But see, I got to it anyway! Well, I am flying off to Melbourne next Wednesday and I am starting to get nervous already. I am not scared of flying or heights. I am just terrified of turbulence and burning to death!!! I kind of developed this phobia during my last trip to Gold Coast Australia when I was like 16? On the way back, we got caught in turbulence almost immediately after take off and the fucking plane entered an air pocket and just went into a sudden drop!!! I swear, I thought I was going to die!!! I have no idea why but the thought of burning to death is just so fucking scary. I mean death is death la. I am gonna see the gates one day but burning to death is like DISHK! So, as paranoid as I am by nature, I have been having dreams that are freaky shit! I mean what if its like one of those final destination kinda moments!!! DIE LOR!!!!!!!!! But than again I am flying SIA. So far they are not too bad when it comes to crashes. Like what 2? or 3? or was it just 1? Well, I will be going to church on Tuesday. Just to talk to Jesus all mighty!!! And you know just to kill a bit of those nerves. Funny how I put so much faith in Jesus when I am a Hindu. Well I am not going there today! Especially after the arrest of the racist blogger!!!! I don't wanna end up in some ugly white and black jumpsuit when I can be shopping in Topshop! Lalala... I don't know why, but Aussie's Topshop is cheaper than ours. Maybe its the GST? Maybe not... Well Ialot of things. SIGH!

I REALLY REALLY REALLY WANT A TONGUE PIERCING!

For all of you who know me, you'd all know that I have been craving for a tongue piercing for the past 3 to 4 years. Yet, I haven't gotten it. I mean I just don't wanna lose my sense of taste. I am a glutton so if I lose my tastebuds, life will seem so meaning less! So far, I have gotten mixed reviews on tongue piercing. There are those who say its not too bad and there are those who say its fucking painful. Honestly I have been sitting on the fence for 3 years and I guess the fucking fence would have collapsed by now cause of my weight! I guess its time to decide. I even bought my tongue stud and piercing needle about 2 years ago and I still have them. I WANT TO PIERCE MY TONGUE!!! HELP!!!!!!

Its a little frightening but its really quick... It was about 2 secs of brief pain. and after that its just the healing which is only a week! If I could bare vasculitis of 3 months, Whats a week right!!! I am still very very very fickle about it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

REMINISCING...

This part of the post may seem a little less bitchy and more sympathetic, so if you guys are looking for the bitchy part, scroll down till you see, "LET THE BITCHINGS BEGIN!" For those of you who wanna kill time, stay with me here... Well, being 20 teaches you things you never knew existed. For an example, you start feeling that you don't have time left and you start getting paranoid about every single thing. From how you look to your friends and family. You start reminiscing on all those times when you where young and ignorant and missed out on all those little times you could have spent with your mom, buying groceries or with that pet, which is dead now. Or that sister whom you don't talk to anymore. Or that grandparent you used to hate but missed so badly when they left. I mean why is it that people make the same mistakes again and again without realising that, we are indeed making a mistake. I have always told myself since, as long as I can remember to always speak my mind. I know sometimes I say things people don't want to hear. And I don't have an excuse for hurting them. I guess in the end of the day I tell myself that, its always going to be me, myself and I. And because of this I realised that I have lost so many precious moments. So many small things that would have made the big picture more beautiful. I sit back and watch the lives of my loved ones and I wonder when and how they'd see how much they are missing out on. I single hug can speak to wounded heart. How many of you guys have had your heart shattered but you scream in silence just cause you aren't close enough to your mother, sister or brother to tell them that you need them. Or how many of your guys have never been able to look your father in the eye and tell him that he is the best dad you could ever ask for. These are just small little things. The reason why I even have this section is to remind you guys that life is so fragile. Death is as much a part of life as breathing is. It is there, but we just can't see it. All I am saying is, before it appears to your doorstep claiming a loved one, say what you need to say. And do what you need to do. Live life the way a respectable person would. Learn things that will captivate you. Love unconditionally. A very simple message people. Live, Learn and Love.

SOME WHERE BETWEEN BLOGGING AND RANTING!

Hello, my anonymous readers! My blog is officially dying!!! But than again, I don't care. Its almost a year old now and looking back, I have done some pretty good posts and a hell a lot of random ones. My blog has become this celebrity gossip page and that was soooooo not what I wanted when I welcomed it into the world. Such a tragic fate for such a young blog don't you think. Well, besides the fact that the semester has killed my brain cells and that I am sick to the bone, I still have to blog so that you guys won't come here and go, "OMG! SHE STILL HASN'T UPDATED!!!"
So, here you go. An Update of ranting! Happy?!!!!!

Right now on a scale of 1 to 10 I'd say I am a 5 :(.... Thats super low compared to the general 11 I am always at. The reason??? Well I can think of at least 3 good ones! The first one would be that I am single and am sooooo not used to it. I can't even flirt anymore and that sucks! The second would be my stagnant weight which is being a bitch by not vacating! I am its like stuck! Stuck on by extra strong and extra firm super glue! Well this is what you get for stuffing your face with delicious carbs!!! And now, raw carrots seem to be the way to go!!! TSK! And the last reason, My freaking hair isn't growing. DISHK! I chopped it off because it become hay instead of being hair. I mean I used to dye my hair like every 78 seconds and as a result I had a dead fox on my head. I mean I'd sit in the train and twirl my hair and it will stay that way till I un-twirled it!!!!!! DISHK! And now that its healthy and thick and smooth and silky, ITS NOT GROWING!!!!!!! I was think about getting extensions, but seeing how disastrous my girls extensions turned out, I think I'll just stick with the baldness I am facing :)

I have an issue I wanna rant about now!!!!! YAY! Bitchy-ness has arrived people! There was the pair of sisters in my secondary school and they were a year apart la. And they had this best friend who was from my primary and secondary school as well.... K... I will name Sister 1(elder sister), Sister 2(younger sister) and Fugly(pri and sec schoolmate).

CAN?!!!

Ok, so the three of them are really gross la, Sister 1 is a moron who, thought she was the hottest thing alive but in the eyes of all those who were sober they saw a male wearing a wig. And as for Sister 2, she was a man who looked like a ball. And fugly was fugly la.... So these three idiots were extremely attention seeking and were spending their lives on IRC. You know those stupid and retarded people who found at least 60 boyfriends of IRC and than claim to b in love with all of them who they never met and than they proclaim that they go for the heart!!????!!!! Wow talking about it makes my blood pressure increase! And would you guys stop saying I go for the heart!!!! I mean you go for the character and personality. NOT THE HEART! Imagine you walk up to this guy and say, "Hey! Can I see your heart?" and then he twists his left nipple and his chest opens up and you go, "WOW! Nice heart! So bloody and red! And it has a nice beat too!" and than you decide to go for him. If murdering was legal, I would shot every do do who would have used the term "go for the heart". Dishk! IDIOTS!

OK, moving back to the 3 fucksketeers, yeah la so they were pretty much lunatical and delusional. Lets start with Sister 1 ok... So not only is she delusional, she is actually positively insane! I used to have her on my friendster account and deleted all three of them last year when I did some spring cleaning on my friends list. So when I used to have her on my list, I used to check out her profile and photos and I used to have like this laughing good time. Only cause her england was as powderful as a rat with no brains and her captions were pushing the truth way, way to far. They were like, "sweetzzzz girl!" or "heez heez! Lookzlikez Barbiez dollz!" and like, "hottiezz!" and this is one thing I never got, the 'zzzz' behind every word! I mean if its a trend and it helps you get hot mexican men let me know... I'llzstartz typingz likez thisz! Annoying isn't it. So, She used to send me messages on friendster and when ever she bumped into me, asking me where I bought my top from or bottom from.... and she'd actually go buy it!!! ARGH! Like its so disheartening to know that we belong in the same size category but my only console would be the fact that I am way hotter la! Yup so after I deleted her for my list, she tried re-adding me about 328728 times. And every time I rejected it. But she really has perseverance!!! Till today she is on my friend request list. Like I am sooo sick of cancelling it, so I just decided to let her rot there :) The same goes for Sister 2! But she sends me messages on friendster asking me to add her! I mean is it wrong that I chose not to add stupid girls into my account!?? And so what if I don't add them? MOVE ON! Its so annoying that they keep forcing me to add them. I mean with their typical Indian mentality, they'd sit in front of the comp and bitch about my photos! I mean friendster is for communication and staying in contact with friends! I don't wanna communicate have any contact with the Sisters from Jupiter! They are like aliens who don't know the meaning of NO! I DON'T WANNA ADD YOU SO GO AWAY! Yeah, so the other day I saw sister number 2 in causeway and I swear, for the first time in my life I was a little scared cause, she looks and behaves like an anjadi, and I was thinking she might come up to me and go, "Ayeeeee mayireee! Add panna sonna add panna maatiyaaaa!!!???" in direct translation, " Eh, pubic hair! Ask you to add cannot add is it!!!???" and then I had an Alley Mcbeil moment where as I saw her roll over me and I died. But that god for her fat invested eyeballs, she didn't see me. So I was blessed not to die and get buried as a pancake :) Wow! Imagine what they'd do to me after they read this! But then again, they wouldn't know that I am talking about them cause this post is in English. Unless they copy and paste this entire entry on a English to Tamil Translator la...

Well lets leave the Sisters behind and move to their friend, Fugly.

So Fugly was from my primary school as well and she was fugly even back then. So in secondary school, she used to come up to me every week just to tell me she's got a new boyfriend of IRC and that he is hot and punjabi! This is the thing I don't get! Whats sooo freaking great about punjabi men? No offence, I know some of you are handsome, But fair and long eyelashes just spell girly boy to me la. I find tall, dark and handsome appealing! So what ever she was trying to rub in my face, just didn't work! So there was this day when she claimed the dude came outside school with his car to pick her up and it was their first meeting. I am guessing he drove off immediately after seeing her la. So she asked me if I could give her my ZA powder cause she wanted to look pretty. Yes yes I brought my powder to school! I WAS VAIN OK! Still am though. Ya so I was a little hesitant cause I didn't want the ugly-ness to get on the sponge and said I didn't bring it. I walked to the drink stall and back and found her digging through my bag!!! I WOULD HAVE BURIED HER if I had a shuffle! Like hello!!!! I said I don't have it and besides, ZA powder is not going to help. You need a plastic sergeant and a team of 'fairy godmother' make up artists! I was fuming! And when I asked her what the hell she was doing, she was like, "Oh I need a pen". Like you don't have a pencil box. And why do you need a pen for? To redraw your face?!!!!! Annoying! So after that incident, we didn't really speak. Than one day she came up to me and went, "Hey are you related to XXXXX!" and I was like not really considered related but she is my cousin's cousin which makes her my, 2nd cousin. So technically related but family wise nope. And she was like, "OMG! I am related to XXXXX too!!! SO WE HAVE BEEN COUSINS ALL ALONG AND DIDN'T KNOW IT!!!" I died. Yeah I mean Fugly was XXXXXX's second cousin too... so that made us what? 4th cousins??? Stupid... In that case the whole world is related! And I was like, "NO la!!!!!".... after that conversation my life sucked! Being a blabber mouth that she is.... she started telling everyone that I was her bloody cousin! If I could have I would have killed myself!!!! I don't want to be your cousin and WE ARE NOT COUSINS YOU IDIOT! People marry into families and that doesn't make their entire ancestral herd your relatives too you moron! My god. People started asking me and I kept saying NO! And till today she hasn't stopped! Like if I bump into her outside with her ever changing boyfriends, She'd be like, "She is my cousin okay!!!" and I'll be like, "yeah right! No we aren't" and she'll laughing thinking it was a joke cause her brains don't digest and understand sarcasm! I mean it would be fine if she would say bye immediately after that but NO! She doesn't!!! She'll always ask me in front of her boyfriends, "How handsome or not?".... MY GOD!!! They were all as bad as rotting chicken meat and I had to go like, "Yeah. Not bad what." Imagine the torment! Of smelling shit and saying wow, it smells like roses and I am related to a monkey! AWESOME! Shoot me! How I wish Hitler was smarter in a sense that instead of killing millions of Jews, he had assassinated stupid people instead!!! TSK TSK TSK!!!!

I CUT MY HAIR!

Well, I used to have super long hair which was measuring have way down my back, and I had it cut about 3 months ago... thats super long ago... well now... I got my bangs again... so I'll just share it with you guys :)

OUR TRAGIC WORLD

By now most of you would have heard about the assassination of Pakistan's former Prime Minister, Mrs Benazir Bhutto... She was shot on Thursday outside a gathering of a large crowd of her supporters. The killer was a suicide bomber as well... He blew himself up killing 14 others immediately after shooting Bhutto. Her death was not immediate. However, sources could not confirm if the wounds were caused by bullets or by bomb shrapnel.

So now, with that mentioned, What has become of our world. In 2007 alone there has been 110 suicide bombings and 2 students massacres... When did death and killing become appealing to humans? Since when has violence solved anything. Over the past decades, at least 50 politicians have been assassinated... I don't know about you, but I am over whelmed by the animal behavior that has dawned upon us in this age. In two nights, 2007 will pass us by. Most of us are planning a new years party, or are planning to club and get wasted. Now, I plan to pray. I plan to pray for those who have been killed this year. I plan to pray for a better tomorrow. Whether or not there is a god, a prayer gives hope to the weariest heart. Many of you may find this post unlike me... But there is only so much one can ignore.

Over the past years, there has been innocent beheading, hostage situations and even large exterminations. In the end of the day, nothing changed. The only thing that happened was, families lost a love one. How do these people go to bed at night? Don't they have families too? What ever happened to love? Instead of being thought to love, they are being thought to use guns and bombs... Lets not talk about 'them'... Even right here... Our little country... What so great about bringing someone down... What so great about hate?

The time you spend hating someone can actually be used in making a difference. Recently, Jeya was telling me this event that happened in some Indian dance show. Some guy was so over raged that his group did not win, he actually took a bottle and smashed it on the winning groups leader's head... And he ended up in hospital... So? Did that make his group win??? Is it that important to win a dance competition??? Pathetic isn't it?

Stupidity is in the blood of many these days and I blame the parents... I am sick and tired of all this crap about gang fights and stabbings... It is about time someone shuffs some working brain cells into these idiots heads...

Think about it... Think about them.... those we lost. Pray that it ends there. And hope that tomorrow will come a better day... God bless their souls and yours.

A VERY VERY OVER DUE POST!

Ok well..... by now most of you would have heard about the Heroes World Tour to promote their second season! And yes! One of their stops was Singapore... But you guys know what the sad part is? I don't watch the show... and I never liked it anyway! I am sorry HEROES FANS! But I just don't like your show... So why am I blogging about it??

It was like a Friday and school ended around 3 ish... And I did not really want to head home.... And the guys, Jayden, Keshav and Akansha were heading down to Vivo and I was game on tagging along. I really really wanted to have lunch cause I was dying out of hunger.... So i mentioned it and they were like, "Ya sure but after seeing Heroes ok?"

So these guys were dying out of being star struck and were going crazy... So I who was not bothered... became an Usher... I managed to get them from one point to another to get better and closer shots of their stars... So here are the photos of Jaydens camera!

It was utter chaos... The poor souls could barely move and after about 15 minutes they managed to get up on the stage...

Only the four of them came the rest of the crew were spilt into groups and were touring around the world promoting Season 2!

By now if you are a loyal reader, you should have come to know that I am a very vain tub of lard. And I enjoy having tonnes of make up on my face cause without it I look like Freddy Kruger!
( I am exaggerating).

Well, its a girl thing la... you know to dress up a little... Feel glamorous... You girls know what I am talking about right? Anyway.... even though I like make up... I am also a bargain freak when it comes to buying them. Obviously I don't get those $5 range ones cause they would just burn holes in your face... But I would never get like MAC or Bobbi Brown or Dior cause they are like just too expensive la... So I settle with the inbetween's. Like Revlon, Maybelline and Loreal!

Affordable, reliable and definitely very good. But my favourite is Revlon... And they came up with this limited edition Collection. It is soooo gorgeous I tell you! But its a little bit more pricey that usual..... I haven't gotten any yet... Am still contemplating... Anyway here are some of my absolute favourites out of the collection!

I am a very eye make up kind of person and I usually go with skin tones and Liners... I love nude make up la! So this collection is like perfect!

This is just perfect! Its powder eyeliner... Which means its super easy and fast to apply and you don't even have to wait for it to dry... And you know the best part!!!! Its bloody bloody black!!! You can use it on a normal day out or use a little more for a clubbing night out!!! This Powder Liner totally eliminates the need of eyeshadow! So for those who like fast and easy nude make up.... This should be on your, "MUST GET LIST!"....

Molten Metal Liquid Eyeshadow! Its damn easy to use.... the mixture is so thick that a little bit can be smudged out on your entire eyelid! AND... It lasts for like the whole day. Did i mention that it is a thin layer that looks thick! Super fast and easy to apply... And it comes in the best nude shades ever... coppers, bronzes, golds.... oh my god I am falling more in love with this Collection I tell you... Damn Damn Damn gorgeous!

I LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE MATT LIPSTICKS! but nude colours of course... I mean gloss is fine for occasions.... but on a casual day, Matt Nude lipstick is like a ultimate la... And this Lipstick is extremely creamy... It just slides on.... And like the rest of its collection, you just have to apply very little and it will look thick!!!!

I just feel like freaking biting her lips la... Anyway... Another awesome product.... Lip crystals! This one actually has a sugary taste.... thus the name... So again... Easy to apply.... just dap on a little on top of you lipstick layer, to add that shine without the gloss.... Yummy Yum YUM!!!

PUPPIES

I have been wanting to get myself a puppy for ages now... and finally I decided to go an google for a breed that I would like the best... You know just to narrow my search down a little... And than DISHK!!!! There are around 150 different kinds of breeds for dogs... And if I had actually gone and researched on each and everyone of them I would have died!
(I am exaggerating).

So I was thinking... If I ever get a dog/puppy I wouldn't want those super big ones... I would rather have a small one to cuddle but and sleep with.... AWWWWW!!!!

So.... I narrowed it down to Small dog breeds! And Yay! there were about 30?? And I have picked my favourite 5!!!!

Ebay is seriously addictive... I mean you have your means, as in tons of sleeping cash, Ebay will be like a trip to the moon and back. I mean the things they have up are amazing! Its like everything under the sun from, shoes to games to clothes to perfumes to bags to appliances to god knows what!!! I mean yeah, there always is that risk of not getting what you paid for or getting something broken or getting something else... But when you start bidding all those insecurities just disappear! You can really find super good bargains I tell you...

I personally don't fancy ebay.com cause its all under the US currency... So most of the time I go to ebay.com.au

Which is mostly Australian currency which is more affordable being that there is about 1.3 difference is currency rate in comparison to the 2 times of the US currency... Yup... But this is my first time ever bidding and actually staying online to keep watch of the bids!!!!

But what the heck! I have been wanting to get my Britney Spears Curious perfume for ever!!! But its kind of pricy! And I found it on ebay! Since than I have been bargain hunting for it but so far the prices go from S$50 to S$80.... And its not like I am plucking money from trees yeah?

Well I actually have 2 bids on the line now... One for the 50ml and one for the 100ml!

So for the 50ml my bid is currently the highest bid of AU 20.50 which is S$27!!!! Plus shipping I am guessing S$30 plus la... which is alot lesser than the S$50 plus it is here.... But what if its a pirated version!!!! Than DIEEEE! My mom will serve my butt of platter for crows and pigeons to nipple on!

As for the 100ml of my bid is the highest as well... of AU 31.75 which is S$41... so plus shipping it should come up to S$50-ish which again is alot lesser that the S$70-ish price tag!!!

Lets start things off with......

I am sure many of you guys would have heard about the recent performance by Britney during the 2007 VMAs....Well what you heard or read is exactly how dreadful her performance was. Ok I mean lets minus off the fat part... She gave birth to two kids so yeah.... Weight gain is part of pregnancy so I'll cut her some slack there... Well apart from that... Her outfit, hair, dancing and lip sinking all score a Honorable "F" in my books...

I mean her outfit, What Outfit?

She was dragging herself around the stage in a Bra and a T-back! Well lets not forget her fish net stockings and leather boots... Can I hear an accumulative "SLUT"! please.... Being sexy is one thing... But trying too hard is a totally, far, out reaching different thing!

Next.... Her hair.... Or more like her wig.....

Apparently, 30 mins before her performance, Britney had a major argument with her hair stylist who in the end decided was not going to do Britney's hair...

"I came down to do her hair but then decided not to!" thats what he said... SO poor old Britney did her wig up herself... In my opinion, a blind rat would have done a better job!

Now lets head into her dancing and her "LIP SINKING"!

She was clearly unprepared for the entire performance! I mean she didn't really know her steps. She was dancing like as though she had been deprived of food and water for a year! There was no expressions what so ever and she was not dancing... She was swaying and dying on stage.... And for her lip sinking.... Her mouth barely opened during the whole performance... She even FORGOT to lip sink a few lines! A complete disaster of a performance! You guys want to know the best part!!!

Like after 2 1/2 years of marriage she is finally ready to have a baby and is obviously already carrying one... but you know what the sucky part is? She hasn't announced it or even said a word about it to the press... She and her Music producer husband have been trying to keep this in super Hushed tones... I mean... she has been dressing in super loose outfits and has been out in pumps more than in heels.... But than again, trying to hide something that big... doesn't really work....

Can't wait to see what her kid looks like... and I bet she will be a gazillion times better at parenthood compared to Britney!!! and what Nicole Richie might be...

SCHOOL SEH!!!

Yup, school has started and that means I will only blog like maybe once a week. Hah! Well so far schools been good but the only crappy thing about school is that the effing building is not completed! ARGH! We had a lecture in a room where there was construction work going on! And like the freaking furniture is not in yet so like most of the classes are empty! They said give them 2 more months! Which mean I will be spending an entire term in nothing but cement and white walls!!! Well besides the horrible and utterly disappointing building... projects have started to freaking pile up already! But it is dip year after all but I guess I have chose not to exit at year 3 with a diploma but at year for with a degree instead. So yup... and now I have an extra module, Advertising Comm. Like major DISHK! la... but besides that schools really fun la... I mean after 3 months of rotting, I really missed everyone and now being that Jeya and Renu have started they foundation year too is GREAT! I get to see them all the time!

Will try to take pics of the new campus. It is really really nice la... and HUGE! I am still lost as to where my bloody classes are... But its all in the fun! Sleepless nights and huge eye bags here I come! Oh and if you guys wanna read about the new campus... There was a 2-3 page spread about it on Straight Times Live or Home... can't remember.... HAPPY 42ND BIRTHDAY SINGAPORE!

As we all know, Today, 9th of August 2007 is our nation's 42nd birthday... I am watching the absolutely spectacular National Day Parade which is being telecast on all Media Corp Channels.. As much as we do not realise... We have alot to be proud about. Its weird as too how we know what to expect when we watch the NDP's, yet for some reason we still get that sensation when we see our men from the Singapore Armed Forces march onto the Arena accompanied by the the Boys Brigade, NCC, Girl Guides and PAP contingents. If we take time to look back, we have come a pretty long way from being a small fishing village to being one of the 18 most richest countries in the world. But hey.. we could not have done it without you and me... We all play a significant part in our nations growth. I know I am coming off a little rehearsed but it is August 9th. When else can I be patriotic and seem weird right....

ANOTHER PROUD MOMENT

Every year, Qihua Primary Schools Indian Society organizes a talent show called Vanavil. Students from primary 1 to 6 get to showcase their talents from singing to acting to dancing. So like every other year, my younger sister Aishu took part in the singing category... which I kind of had to coach her through with the mom and the akka.... She sang 'Konjum Mainakaley' which was a pretty hard song to sing especially for a nine year old...

I had to freaking wake up at 7 am on a Saturday la! But my mom told me not to use too much make up... cause it was more a talent competition than a performance kinda thing... Then the mom went about telling me that we should dress traditionally as it was an Indian Cultural Show.... Balls to that la! For starters I cry even when I have to wear a punjabi suit to a temple... Not my thing la... I mean Deepavali and Weddings I understand... But to a school hall where its going to be baking hot....
I don't think soooooo!!!!

Her singing... She almost forgot one of her lines and for like 5 seconds she went quiet and stared at me... and i started singing the line out... She like read my lips and than continued la.. and we kept looking at each other and smiling... so cute.... Sisterly bond seh!!!!

She won SECOND!!! Yay!!! But I personally think that she got second because she almost forgot and she became a little stage fright after that 5 secs and had like 0 movements or expressions while singing... But nevertheless,
I am very very proud of her!!!

!!!FISHING!!!

Jeya, has recently picked up this hobby of fishing... I mean he'd spend days and days on end going down with his friends or cousins to fish... And I for one have never done it in my life... So I was like what the hell man... Lets just give it a shot... But also cause he kept asking me to follow him one day...
So yeah I was like... Just ok and see what its like la...
Maybe I may even come to like it. So yup.... And Kunju and Renu were supposed to come but they DIDN'T LAAAAAAAAA!!!! FED UP SEH! But ok la... they will make up for it some other time.... They better.... Yup so we left Woodlands at around 4 in the afternoon and headed down to a fish shop near by to
buy 'LIFE BAIT'! I know I felt so bad la... but it was all in the name of experience... Here are the picturesssss.......

Before the poor fish got hooked on... It was really really overwhelming la... never seen anyone hook a fish on a hook before.... All the vegetarians and Animal Activists out there... Sorry!

Jeya caught the first fish of the day! But he let it go cause it was pre-mature... still a baby! And it clearly states on one of the notice boards that we should let the pre-matured ones go... And so we did.... It was too young to die!

So all in all we caught 8 fishes! And I must say it was really fun... never expected it to turn out this way... I mean its like a real bonding session... and the next time I go fishing, I am gonna fish for fun... Where as I let the fishes go instead of bringing them home and making fish sambal like what happened to the 8 fishes above. But I DID NOT EAT IT!

HOLLAND VILLAGE

Renu has been looking for a perfect foundation to match her skin tone... And finding the perfect foundation takes time and money... I know cause I was on that hunt once before and I finally found my ideal foundation.... Revlon's Toast. So yeah back to Renu, so one of her friends told her that the body shop down at Holland Village carries a darker range of concealer and liquid foundation to cater to the black community in that area. And being a dark skinned herself she wanted to go check it out la... And my my my!!! The darkest concealer was like my under eye liner's colour la.... Damn black seh! But Renu found her Foundation in shade 9 if I am not wrong... But now... She said that when she perspires the foundation turns patchy! Like so Dishk! I know..... So after we were done with the shopping we were looking for a place to have dinner. Than we saw Thai Express and all of us had not dined there for quite some time... So yup we decided to dig in... and we were too hungry la! We sat outdoor actually but it was fine la... It was like a windy night.. So we took about 20 mins to decide what we wanted and the food took about 15 mins to arrive... Yup.... As we were ordering this random punjabi dude like came up to the table and was like,

"Hi! Don't mean to be rude or anything but my friend said he'd get me a drink if I were to sit with you guys for 5 secs..."

HAHAHAHAHAH! I know... and we were like sure go ahead... and he sat there and he was bloody uncomfortable la... so he counted his 5 secs while we were looking at the menu and was like,

"Ok ladies you guys enjoy your food!"

and I was like,

"Yeah, you enjoy your drink!"

So after all the running and getting wet in the rain we reached the bus stop only to find that bus 95 that goes to the Buona Vista's MRT station doesn't come there... So, We randomly took a bus which was going to AMK MRT station instead... I mean like what the hell right... we just need to get to any MRT station to get back to Woodlands anyway! So we boarded the bus the journey was like 45mins!! and it was effing cold la! And we were clueless as to where to get off!

We did what any group of bored females would do...
We cam-whored and bitched about utter rubbish!!!

I am going to be completely honest! I have ran out of things to blog about... well not really la! I am just too lazy to sit down and think! So yeah... here I am. Clueless as to what I am gonna type... Am just going to go with the flow la...

Somethings have been bugging me lately... Why is it that everyone has to be so god damn bloody annoying... argggh!

Now see, I am over weight and all right... but I am still as hot as I can get right... But sometimes it kinds of grosses me out when I realise that I have four boobs instead of two... You know the back boobs... Just that they don't function and they don't have nipples.... yeah...

Or.... how I can go to bugis and never be able to find a pair of jeans because my waist is the size of the equator... Or how... I need to buy wood planks to use them as shoes cause normal females have delicate and pretty feet where as I have.... well think of a polar Bear's feet which got stung by a swamp of 3 bees.... totally...

Or how I am gonna go bald by the time I am 25 because of the fact that I dye my hair every three seconds.....

A Walk To Remember

Well I was pretty bored today and just felt like blogging and even asked a friend, Sanjay on what I should Blog about.

A. Top Ten must watch movies this year

or

B. Utter rubbish, ranging from what facial cream I use to Where i shop for my undies.

He than suggested Top Ten worst movies and I was like yeah... Not a bad idea. So I went on the net to search for critic reviews and images of the movies I had chosen when I came across this date, 12th July 2006... And I started thinking to myself, "That was like a year ago!"
"What was I doing at that time?"

Well, during that time, a year ago I was happily attached to Jeya, I was living with my granny, Had just started the new semester of year two in Lasalle and more importantly I was suffering from Vasculitis... So I googled on the disease and found this.....

What Is Vasculitis?

Vasculitis is an inflammation of the blood vessels in the body. In vasculitis, the body’s immune system mistakenly attacks the body’s own blood vessels, causing them to become inflamed. Inflammation can damage the blood vessels and lead to a number of serious complications.

Vasculitis can affect any of the body’s blood vessels. These include arteries, veins, and capillaries. Arteries are vessels that carry blood from the heart to the body’s organs, veins are the vessels that carry blood back to the heart, and capillaries are the tiny blood vessels that connect the small arteries and veins.

When a blood vessel becomes inflamed, it can:

Narrow, making it more difficult for blood to get through
Close off completely so that blood can’t get through at all (occlusion)
In rare cases, stretch and weaken so much that it bulges (aneurysm) and may possibly burst (aneurysm rupture)

Figure A shows a normal artery with normal blood flow (the inset image shows a cross-section of the normal artery). Figure B shows an artery narrowed due to inflammation in the arterial wall, causing decreased blood flow (the inset image shows a cross-section of the inflamed artery). Figure C shows a totally occluded (blocked) artery due to inflammation and scarring in the arterial wall (the inset image shows a cross-section of the block artery). Figure D shows an artery containing an aneurysm.

The disruption in blood flow from inflammation can damage the body’s organs. Specific signs and symptoms depend on which organ has been damaged and the extent of the damage. Typical signs and symptoms of inflammation (fever, swelling, and a general sense of feeling ill) are common among people with vasculitis.

Outlook

The outlook for people who have vasculitis varies depending on both the type and severity of the vasculitis. The course of a case of vasculitis can be hard to predict. Treatment is often very effective if vasculitis is diagnosed and treated early. Vasculitis may disappear or go into a period of remission. In some cases, it may be a chronic problem, requiring ongoing treatment, or it may come back (“flare”) after a period of remission. In more severe cases, treatment may not help, and vasculitis can lead to disability or even death.

Much is still unknown about vasculitis. There are many different types of vasculitis, but overall it is a fairly rare condition in the general population. Additional research is needed to learn more about the various types of vasculitis and their causes, treatments, and remission patterns.

Yup! Well at least that explains it! But the experience of it is something i would carry with me for the rest of my life... Since i was young I have had sensitive skin. I mean i would get rashes after swimming because my skin was allergic to chlorine... So yeah... I went to sentosa with Jeya and was in the water for a pretty looong time la... And the next day I came up with a rash but didn't think anything much of it. Just thought that it was my usual rashes la! But it got worst day by day. It kind of started looking like this...

NOT MY LEG!!!

Well thats the kind of splotches that started appearing on my skin. From my feet all the way up my ass and my arms too... It was soo bloody disgusting I tell you I was like almost suicidal due to depression! I swear! So I finally decided to see a doctor instead of using my usual Calamine Lotion... Thats when it all began!!!!

DOCTOR 1!

- Classified it as normal rashes
- Gave me a few kinds of tablets
- And an injection to prevent the itch

It didn't help.... What happened two days later was... My feet started swelling up! Really bad! I couldn't walk and my feet couldn't fit into my shoes/slippers. So my granny whom i was staying with at that time thought that I had an allergic reaction to the medicines... So i went to see another doctor....

DOCTOR 2!

- Suggested that I may have been bitten by sea bees in the waters of Sentosa
- Also suggested that there may have been an allergic reaction
- Thought I had water retention on my feet.

The swelling went down a little but the rashes got worst and i started get very very bad leg cramps and i could walk anymore... Thats when i started staying in bed cause my legs couldn't function... So when I could finally walk again I went back to DOCTOR 2...

NOT MY FEET!

It looked alot worst... Like the whole thing was covered with red spots and it was bloated in a way where by you couldn't even see my ankles...

2nd VISIT TO DOCTOR 2!

- Classified it to be more serious, but thought it was just cramps
- Gave me more and more pills

No one knew what was happening... It was getting worst and worst. I was on bed for like 3 days and would be able to walk around for like half a day before my legs start collapsing again! I was sooo bloody depressed and the pain was un-bearable! So finally I decided to go to the hospital after 2 months of pain and 10,000 tonnes of pills... Was SICK OF IT!!!

NUH!

By this time my entire lower body was red and swollen! Something like this picture but imagine it on your entire leg!!! BOTH LEGS!!! and my hands were spotted la... and so was my ass!! IT WAS GROSSSSS!!! BLOODY YUCKY!!! PPL WERE STARING AT ME ALL THE TIME!

YUP! I was obviously admitted and I became like an unknown species! Like there were medical students who came in every day with their lecturers! I was like the lectures Subject for like a week! It took them a week and 68237 blood test and a skin biopsy for them to clasify my disease! Vasculitis!!!

But they couldn't cure it immediately! I was under steroids! Can you imagine! Steroid! They said that it will help get my immune system back on track plus the non beneficial excess weight gain and pimples... Acne pimple.. Oh did i mention the sudden boost of hair growth!!! These are just some of the side effects of Steroids! So yup... after a week of being discharged I was still suffering from Vasculitis... By this time i was convinced that I was going to either die or die... Yup! Its even hard to type it out now cause I haven't thought about it in a very long time.... So yeah... After learning about what happened to me... DOCTOR 2 told my mom about this great skin Doctor in Alexandra Hospital... so we went for it...

DOCTOR 3 Alexandra Hospital

- Told me my Vasculitis is a cosmetic defect meaning Permanent!
Told me I had two choices
- To learn to live with Vasculitis
or
- Take Steroids and suffer the side effects like acne pimples, weight gain, facial hair growth and high chances of cancer!!!!!!!!

WOW!!! right.... well eventually about a week later i stopped all medications completely!!
COMPLETELY!

I just felt that my body was too intoxicated! Too chemicalized! I just thought that my body needed a break... So I stopped and and and... It slowly got better! Eventually it was gone.... and this whole thing lasted for 2 1/2 months! But I do get relapses la... My last relapse was about 2 months ago.... I know that it will be back but I think now I am emotionally and physically strong enough to face it as I know what to expect... But no matter how bad things were or can be, I always knew and will always know that I will not be alone... I had my entire family with me and I had Jeya there beside me everyday too.... And no matter what will happen.... I know I will always have my loved ones with me... To keep me on my feet....
